Cancellation & Weather Policy

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before a shared tour, or up to 72 hours before a private charter, and we'll give you a full refund or move you to another date that suits you. If we cancel a trip because of weather, sea conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), you'll receive a full refund or your choice of an alternative date. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure: on shared trips the boat can wait a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled departure time, out of fairness to the other guests on board. If you're running late and let us know, we'll move you to the next available departure once, free of charge; no-shows without notice are non-refundable.
