Cancellation & Weather Policy

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before a shared tour, or up to 72 hours before a private charter, and we'll give you a full refund or move you to another date that suits you. If we cancel a trip because of weather, sea conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), you'll receive a full refund or your choice of an alternative date. To cancel or change a booking, just message us on WhatsApp or email hello@turtletours.com and we'll sort it out.
