Turtle Tours operates snorkeling trips and charters from Al Mouj Marina, Muscat, Oman, and is responsible for the personal information described here. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

We collect information you give us when you inquire or book: typically your name, contact details (phone/WhatsApp number, email), trip and date preferences, guest numbers and ages, and any information you choose to share such as swimming ability, dietary needs or medical notes relevant to your safety. If you pay online, payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

3. How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, take and manage bookings, arrange reserve permits, keep you safe on the water, send trip-related updates, process payments and refunds, and (only if you agree) send occasional offers. We may ask for an honest review after your trip.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to deliver your trip: with Bókun, our online booking system; with our payment provider, which processes card payments; with WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us there; and, where you booked through them, with travel agencies or online travel platforms. We may share information with the relevant authorities where required for permits, safety or by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies & analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet any legal, tax or insurance requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
